1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ingetin.ai through WhatsApp, Line, or any other supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Ingetin.ai provides an AI-powered reminder and task management service that:

Creates, updates, and delivers time-based reminders via messaging platforms
Manages todo lists with priorities, due dates, and notes
Processes natural language commands using artificial intelligence
Transcribes voice messages and extracts text from images (premium features)
Provides semantic search and intelligent suggestions

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Your account is automatically created when you first message our bot on WhatsApp or Line. No email or password is required. Your account is linked to your messaging platform identifier.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your messaging platform account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your device or account credentials.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ingetin.ai. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Tier

Up to 5 reminders and 1 todo list
No credit card required
Can upgrade to premium tiers anytime

4.2 Paid Tiers (Pro, Premium, Lifetime)

7-Day Free Trial: Pro and Premium plans include a 7-day free trial
Billing Cycle: Monthly or yearly subscription (auto-renewal)
Lifetime: One-time payment, no recurring charges
Currency: All prices in USD

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus applicable taxes.

4.4 Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
Free Trial Cancellation: Cancel during your 7-day trial for no charge
Refund Process: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
Lifetime Plan: Eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase

4.5 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal or by messaging "cancel subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

❌ Send spam, malicious content, or excessive automated requests
❌ Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or breach our security systems

❌ Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

❌ Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content in reminders/todos

Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

6.1 Service Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6.2 Reminder Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver reminders on time, we cannot guarantee precise delivery due to factors outside our control (network issues, platform limitations, timezone changes, etc.).

6.3 AI Limitations

AI intent detection may occasionally misinterpret commands
Voice transcription accuracy depends on audio quality
Image text extraction may not work for handwritten or low-quality images
Natural language time parsing may require clarification for ambiguous expressions

6.4 Rate Limits

Free tier: 5 reminders, 1 todo list
Pro/Premium/Lifetime: Unlimited (subject to fair use)
Excessive automated usage may be restricted

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your reminders, todos, notes, and other content. By using Ingetin.ai, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.

7.2 Our Content

The Ingetin.ai service, including software, algorithms, UI design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ingetin.ai is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
Reminders will be delivered with 100% accuracy
AI processing will always interpret your intent correctly
Your data will never be lost (though we maintain backups)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingetin.ai and its operators shall not be liable for:

Missed reminders or tasks
Data loss or corruption (despite our backup systems)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

Important: Ingetin.ai is a productivity tool, not a critical safety system. Do not rely solely on Ingetin.ai for time-critical, safety-critical, or mission-critical reminders (medical appointments, flight departures, etc.). Always use multiple reminder systems for important events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingetin.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Change pricing for new subscriptions (existing subscriptions honored)
Update our AI models and algorithms to improve accuracy
Add or remove supported messaging platforms

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Messaging "delete my account" to the bot
Contacting support at support@ingetin.ai

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
Engage in fraudulent payment activity
Abuse the service or exceed fair use limits
Fail to pay subscription fees after grace period

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request an export before deletion. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

For disputes, we encourage you to first contact us at support@ingetin.ai to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Third-Party Services

Ingetin.ai integrates with third-party services:

OpenAI: For AI processing and language understanding
Stripe: For payment processing
WhatsApp/Line: For message delivery
Google Cloud: For hosting and infrastructure

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

15. Data Portability and Export

You may export your data at any time by:

Messaging "export my data" to receive a JSON file
Contacting support for CSV or other formats
Using our API (if available for your tier)

16. Beta Features and Experimental Services

We may offer beta or experimental features marked as such. These features:

Are provided "AS IS" without guarantees
May be modified or discontinued without notice
May have limited support
Should not be used for critical tasks

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
